跑步英雄传（RunQuest）is gamified fitness feedback, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.

跑步英雄传（RunQuest，下称「本 App」）尊重你的隐私。本政策说明本 App 如何处理数据。

  1. 本 App 自身不收集、不上传、不出售你的个人数据。 本 App 没有自有服务器，不做用户追踪，不含广告，不接入第三方分析。与「数据到达我们」有关的仅有两个例外，均如实说明于下文：你自愿发送的支持邮件（第 10 条），以及本法务网站的基础设施访问日志（第 11 条）。
  2. 健康数据：经你授权，本 App 通过 Apple HealthKit 读取跑步距离、每日步数、心率、静息心率、活动能量、体能训练数据，以及体重与身高；在 Apple Watch 上跑步时另读取跑步速度。这些数据仅在你的设备上用于：把运动转化为游戏进度、发放每日走路奖励（用步数）、驱动实时配速（用跑步速度）、估算卡路里（用体重）、估算步长（用身高）与计算心率区间强度（用静息心率作为 %HRR 标尺）。健康原始数据不离开你的设备，不与第三方共享，绝不用于广告或营销画像。经你授权可写回一次体能训练记录。你也可以手动填写：在「设置」中填写身高（仅本地保存，用于步长估算，即把步数换算成步行距离），或在「我的冒险」中填写体重（仅本地保存，仅用于卡路里估算）。
  3. 运动与定位：在 iPhone 上，本 App 通过 CoreMotion（计步与运动传感器）与 GPS（定位）测量跑步速度与距离，全部仅在设备本地处理。定位使用「使用 App 期间」权限，不在后台持续定位——锁屏后 GPS 停止更新；但在进行中的体能训练期间（含锁屏或切到后台），计步与运动传感器数据会继续在设备本地处理，以持续推进你这一场跑步。位置不存储、不上传。
  4. 运动洞察（RunQuest Plus 高级分析）：最快分段配速、配速趋势与稳定性、后程掉速、疲劳点、有氧解耦、同配速心率变化等分析，完全在你的设备上由本场与历史跑步数据计算；为此本 App 在设备本地保存最近跑步的配速/心率时间序列摘要。这些数据不上传、不出售、不用于广告，删除 App 即随之删除。
  5. 订阅（RunQuest Plus）：RunQuest Plus 是通过 Apple App Store 的自动续期订阅，付款与续期由 Apple 处理——本 App 看不到也不保存你的支付信息；订阅状态仅通过设备上的 StoreKit 判定。Plus 解锁运动洞察、便利功能与外观时装，并提供额外的高级宝箱（仍需靠真实跑步里程赚取，有单场上限与领取条件）；同类宝箱内部的掉落概率对免费与付费用户完全相同，付费不能购买跑步距离或跑步进度。付费带来的具体优势详见使用条款第 6 节。订阅定价与任何健康数据无关。 可随时在「设置 › Apple ID › 订阅」管理或取消。
  6. Apple 服务：App Store 购买、订阅管理和 Game Center 排行榜由 Apple 提供，并受 Apple 隐私政策 与 Apple Media Services 条款 约束。
  7. Game Center：若你使用排行榜，本 App 会向 Apple Game Center 提交派生的游戏数据（本季最高关卡、战力、角色等级，以及编码你的像素外观、所骑坐骑与赛季结局主题的外观代码），由 Apple 按其隐私政策管理。不提交任何健康原始数据或位置。
  8. 本地存储与同步：游戏存档与运动洞察数据保存在设备本地；Apple Watch 与 iPhone 之间通过系统配对通道同步，不经过我们的服务器（我们没有服务器）。
  9. 诊断数据：App Store 发布版本完全不采集。本 App 的全部诊断能力——传感磁带（跑步传感流录制）、系统诊断（Apple MetricKit 的崩溃/性能/电量聚合）、手表运行诊断——仅存在于我们内部的调试构建中。你从 App Store 安装的版本不采集、不生成、不保存、不上传任何诊断数据，也不含相关开关或导出入口。（内部调试构建中，这些数据同样只留在设备本地：传感磁带只录派生量、不含经纬度；任何诊断文件都不会自动离开设备。）
  10. 支持邮件（你自愿提供）：当你主动向支持邮箱发邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容与附件（支持页会建议附上设备型号、系统与 App 版本等排查信息）。这些信息仅用于答复与解决你的问题，不用于营销或出售，也不会向其他第三方披露。为传输和存储支持通信，我们使用电子邮件服务商（当前为 Google Gmail），它会仅为提供该邮件服务而处理这些信息，受其条款约束。支持通信仅为处理与跟进问题而保留，最长不超过 24 个月；你也可随时通过同一邮箱要求我们删除你的支持通信记录。
  11. 本网站（法务页）：本隐私政策、条款与支持页面经 GitHub Pages 与 Cloudflare 托管与分发。访问这些网页时，该等基础设施提供商可能按其各自隐私政策记录标准访问日志（如 IP 地址、浏览器信息）；我们自己不在本站运行任何分析、Cookie 或追踪。
  12. 你的控制：可在「设置 › 隐私与安全性 › 健康 / 定位服务」随时撤回授权（撤回后游戏仍可玩）。删除本 App 即删除其全部本地数据（存档、洞察摘要）。注意边界：① 本 App 已写入 Apple「健康」的体能训练记录不会随删除 App 而删除——它属于你的健康数据，可在「健康」App › 浏览 › 活动 › 体能训练中手动删除；② Apple Watch 与 iPhone 各自保存本地副本，只删除一端的 App 不会删除另一端的数据——需两端都删除才完全清除。
  13. 儿童：本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童定向收集数据。
  14. 政策变更：如本政策有重大变化，我们会更新本页顶部的生效日期并在此发布更新版本。

English

RunQuest (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles data.

  1. The App itself does not collect, upload, or sell your personal data. The App has no servers of its own, performs no user tracking, contains no ads, and integrates no third-party analytics. There are only two ways any data reaches us, both disclosed honestly below: support emails you choose to send (section 10), and infrastructure access logs of this legal website (section 11).
  2. Health data: With your permission, the App reads running distance, daily step count, heart rate, resting heart rate, active energy, workout data, and your body weight and height via Apple HealthKit; while running on Apple Watch it additionally reads running speed. This data is used only on your device to: turn exercise into game progress, grant the daily walking reward (steps), drive live pace (running speed), estimate calories (weight), estimate stride length (height), and compute heart-rate-zone intensity (resting heart rate as the %HRR baseline). Raw health data never leaves your device, is never shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising or marketing profiling. With your permission it may write back a single workout record. You may also enter these manually: your height in Settings (stored locally, used for stride estimation — converting step counts into walking distance), or your weight in “My Adventure” (stored locally, used only for calorie estimates).
  3. Motion & location: On iPhone, the App uses CoreMotion (step counting and motion sensors) and GPS (location) to measure running speed and distance, processed entirely on-device. Location uses the “While Using the App” permission and the App does not continuously track location in the background — GPS updates stop when the screen locks; however, during an active workout session (including while locked or backgrounded), step-counting and motion-sensor data continue to be processed locally so your run keeps progressing. Location is not stored or uploaded.
  4. Workout insights (RunQuest Plus analytics): Analyses such as fastest split pace, pace trends and stability, back-half slowdown, fatigue point, aerobic decoupling, and same-pace heart-rate change are computed entirely on your device from your current and past runs. To do this the App keeps on-device summaries of recent runs’ pace/heart-rate time series. This data is never uploaded, sold, or used for advertising, and is removed when you delete the App.
  5. Subscriptions (RunQuest Plus): RunQuest Plus is an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment and renewals are handled by Apple — the App never sees or stores your payment information; subscription status is determined on-device via StoreKit. Plus unlocks workout insights, convenience features, and cosmetic outfits, and grants additional premium chests (which must still be earned through real running distance, subject to a per-run cap and claim conditions). Drop probabilities inside a given chest type are identical for free and paying users, and payment cannot buy running distance or running progress. See Terms of Use, section 6 for the full disclosure of paid advantages. Subscription pricing is not based on any health data. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
  6. Apple services: App Store purchases, subscription management, and Game Center leaderboards are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  7. Game Center: If you use the leaderboard, the App submits derived game data (season-best stage, power, character level, and an appearance code encoding your pixel look, equipped mount, and season-finale theme) to Apple Game Center, governed by Apple’s privacy policy. No raw health data or location is submitted.
  8. Local storage & sync: Your save and workout-insight data live on-device; Apple Watch and iPhone sync over the system pairing channel and never through our servers (we have none).
  9. Diagnostic data: the App Store release collects none. All diagnostic capabilities of the App — sensor tapes (recording of running sensor streams), system diagnostics (Apple MetricKit crash/performance/battery aggregates), and watch run diagnostics — exist only in our internal debug builds. The build you install from the App Store does not collect, generate, store, or upload any diagnostic data, and contains no related toggle or export control. (In internal debug builds this data likewise stays on the device: sensor tapes record only derived metrics with no latitude/longitude, and no diagnostic file ever leaves the device automatically.)
  10. Support email (provided voluntarily by you): When you choose to email our support address, we receive your email address, message content, and attachments (the support page suggests including device model, OS and App version, and other troubleshooting details). This information is used only to respond to and resolve your issue — never for marketing or sale, and never disclosed to other third parties. To transmit and store support correspondence, we use an email service provider (currently Google Gmail), which processes this information only to provide that email service and under its terms. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle and follow up on your issue, at most 24 months; you may also request deletion of your support correspondence at any time via the same address.
  11. This website (legal pages): This privacy policy, the terms, and the support page are hosted and served via GitHub Pages and Cloudflare. When you visit these pages, those infrastructure providers may record standard access logs (such as IP address and browser information) under their own privacy policies; we do not run any analytics, cookies, or tracking on this site ourselves.
  12. Your controls: Revoke permission anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health / Location Services (the game remains playable). Deleting the App deletes all of its local data (save, insight summaries). Boundaries to be aware of: ① workout records the App has written into Apple Health are not deleted when you delete the App — they are your health data and can be removed manually in the Health app › Browse › Activity › Workouts; ② Apple Watch and iPhone each keep their own local copy — deleting the App on one device does not delete the other device’s data; delete it on both to remove everything.
  13. Children: The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
  14. Changes to this policy: If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised version here.

  16. Language: This page is provided in both Chinese and English. If there is any ambiguity or inconsistency between the two language versions, the English version prevails (without excluding mandatory local-language requirements under the law applicable to you).
