我们会尽量回复支持邮件，但回复时间可能受时区、App Store 审核、设备问题复杂度和邮件量影响。购买、退款和订阅账单由 Apple 处理，相关问题可能需要通过 Apple 支持完成。

For help, bug reports, feedback, privacy questions, or subscription questions, email:

When possible, include:

  2. Your RunQuest app version.
  3. The screen or workout flow where the issue occurred.
  4. For purchase or subscription questions, do not send full payment information; payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store.

RunQuest does not provide medical advice. If you have questions about running, heart rate, fatigue, or your health, consult a doctor or qualified health professional.

We try to respond to support emails, but response times may vary depending on time zone, App Review timing, device-specific complexity, and email volume. Purchases, refunds, and subscription billing are handled by Apple and may need to be resolved through Apple Support.
